Dead sea

general-info_2

The Dead Sea is a salt lake bordered by Jordan to the east and Israel.the Dead Sea is actually a dying lake. scientist say in about 50 years it will be dried up. its called the Dead Sea for a couple reasons one is because not much can live in the salt water the other is it has an inlet but not really and outlet which brings me to the theme of today.

life often can make us all like the Dead Sea. at times we take so much in but often don’t have a good outlet. a good way to release. we might absorb our problems, the problems of others. maybe future problems, deadlines, things that are sometimes out of our control. so much shit am I right. enough to make you scream. enough to keep you up at night. which just compiles and eventually if you dont have an outlet you will explode. you will get burnt out.
we are quick to judge others and slow to forgive. if you’ve been reading my blog over the past 2 years you might think you know me. to that let me say you do know a lot but not everything. we can never know everything someone’s been through or is going through. this blog is a good outlet for me. I like to word vomit on these pages but I don’t even know everything about myself. I learn new things everyday and when tragedy strikes it’s the best opportunity to learn who you are and for that matter who you want to be. I don’t know where in your life this blog finds you. I can only hope that maybe you can pick up on a few of my mistakes and take at least one positive thing from it. find your outlet. write a blog or even just a journal. play a sport. kiss your baby. hug your dad. make up with your brother find your peace. my minds always turning at a thousand miles a minute. I’m in the process of figuring out where I want to be the rest of my life and everything that goes with that. everyone is different we all react to situations as such. Your boiling point is different than mine. Just take a look at you life the things you do, the things that you want to do,and the things that maybe you shouldn’t be doing. Keep it simple. Make time for the things that are important your family, your finances maybe your friends. Cut out the rest before you burnout.
One last thing before I go. Ask yourself are you sleeping enough. Are you working to much and lastly are you making time for yourself. If you answered no,yes and no you are probably headed for a burnout. As always I hope this finds you well. Thanks for listening or not. Adapt and live
