10 fingers

Never Have I Ever”, also known as “I’ve Never…” or “Ten Fingers”, is a drinking game in which players take turns asking other players about things they haven’t done. Other players who have done this thing respond by taking a drink
I never found true love.
I never got back with my ex.
I never had a baby.
I never bought a house.
I never moved to Illinois
I never grew up.
I never played sports.
I never graduated high school
I never got my BOF.
I never lost.
I never learned.
I never cried.
I never felt alone.
I never overcame.
Never have I ever.Have you played that drinking game.If we were playing right now I’d be completely shitfaced.
Sometimes we let the one get away. Sometimes we take a while to figure life out. We chase the wrong dreams. We make mistakes. It’s human error. Sometimes we figure it out. We say the words we want to just in time. Sometimes you look at you life and realize its the life you always wanted.Sometimes we make the right choice. And life looks a little more like love.
The point today is don’t let things you’ve never done stand in the way. Maybe you’ve never said I love you and maybe you’ve never apologized. What’s stopping you. ask yourself is it worth it. Do you want to regret it. Do you want to fight about nothing. Where’s your priorities and where’s your perspective. Don’t worry about things you’ve never done own the things you have done. The good and the bad, the bad for its lessons and the good for its rewards.Sometimes I imagine what my life would be like if I hadn’t done these things.
How different would it be.
This world is big and full of things that I’ll never do but I’m so happy that I got to do the things on that list. As I’ve said in the past I have zero regrets I don’t second guess my life I love it. The good and the bad. I’m happy that I got to see my baby the minute she found her way down to us. That I got to marry my wife twice. I’m complete that’s not to say that I don’t have more living to do I got plenty. That’s just to say that my success is found in the love of my family also in my daughter’s laugh and smile. My I nevers are in the past.Your life will rarely end up as you see it in your head. Finish school, get a job, get married, have a kid and die happy. Life is more complicated than black and white there’s plenty of gray. Plenty of hiccups. Just in the past 3 months the whole world has changed. I’m sure that has thrown monkey wrenches in people’s plans.
In closing today. In a world of I nevers. I ask that you do one thing. Love your family because you never know.
As always I love you for reading or not. Adapt and live.
